ph123 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Filipino Player

Welcome to ph123. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and ph123 ("we," "us," "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the ph123 website, mobile application and all associated gaming services.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a ph123 employee involved in platform operations or game integrity.

ph123 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence or UMID card — at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ph123 account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ph123 account, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID.
• A valid mobile number registered in the Philippines.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• A date of birth confirming that you are at least 21 years old.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph123 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time passcodes (OTP) with any third party. ph123 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph123 support immediately. ph123 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

ph123 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• GCash — deposits process near-instantly once GCash authentication is completed.
• Maya — same-session processing for verified Maya accounts.
• Philippine bank transfer — processing times vary by bank; typically confirmed within one (1) business day.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered ph123 account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the ph123 cashier section. ph123 reserves the right to adjust these limits based on account verification status, VIP tier and platform risk controls.

ph123 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your GCash or Maya account provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ph123's control.

Withdrawal requests on ph123 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) and may be directed to your GCash wallet, Maya account or Philippine bank account.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ph123 may request valid Philippine government-issued ID before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Refer to Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the ph123 cashier section and may vary by payment method and account VIP tier.
• ph123 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. Actual receipt of funds depends on your GCash, Maya or bank processing times.
• ph123 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification without liability to the player.

ph123 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Filipino players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins and seasonal event bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts credited to your ph123 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details on the ph123 Promotions page.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Fish games, table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded from wagering. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period, or where wagering requirements remain unmet after the expiry period, will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: ph123 players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will void the previous bonus and its associated wagering progress.
• Abuse and exploitation: ph123 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that a player has exploited a bonus offer, engaged in bonus abuse or participated in coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or hand as stated in the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture.

All games available on the ph123 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, use physical cards and equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of ph123's platform controls.

The following gameplay rules apply across the ph123 platform:

• Game results are final once a round is completed and the result is displayed to the player. ph123 does not reverse completed game rounds except in cases of a verified system malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, ph123's system will complete the round automatically according to the pre-set game rules. Your balance will be updated accordingly upon reconnection.

• VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, dedicated account managers and exclusive bonuses — are subject to change. ph123 will provide reasonable notice of material changes to VIP benefits.
• VIP tier status is personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, gifted or sold to another player or account.
• ph123 reserves the right to demote a player's VIP tier if wagering activity falls below the minimum threshold for the current tier during the relevant assessment period, or if the player is found to have violated these Terms.
• Cashback earned through the VIP Programme is credited to your ph123 account and may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, as specified for each tier level.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph123 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one ph123 account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a ph123 account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using ph123 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to ph123 support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to automate betting patterns.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino and tournament settings.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your ph123 account.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate ph123 transactions via your bank, GCash or Maya as a method of fraudulent chargeback.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph123's liability to any player in connection with the platform shall be limited as follows:

• ph123 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of games or cashier services.
• ph123 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of potential winnings, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• ph123 is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, power grid failures, telecommunications outages or government-ordered restrictions affecting the Philippines.
• Where ph123 is found liable to a player, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the net real-money deposit made by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph123's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Either you or ph123 may close your ph123 account at any time.

Voluntary closure by the player: Contact ph123 support to request account closure. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by ph123: ph123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to prior notice.
• ph123 ceasing to operate the platform in the Philippines.

Where an account is closed by ph123 due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found after investigation, real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

ph123 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Reasons for amendment may include changes to applicable law, changes to platform features or payment methods, and improvements to clarity and player protection.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ph123 will notify registered players via the email address on their account, via an in-app notification or via a prominent notice on the ph123 website, with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ph123 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using ph123 and may close your account as described in Section 13.

The date at which these Terms were last updated is stated at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically, especially if you have not logged in for some time.
